My study Free Entry / The Creative Neighbourhoods of Riga is published in the second book of the contemporary architecture series Process (Architecture Promotion Foundation, 2009).
A creative quarter is accessible to the public, it has to possess a clear identity and unique substance and have a positive impact on the adjoining area either by quality content or an inspiring milieu. 7 creative quarters that compose a rich catalogue of typologies and functions were identified in Riga.
